2008-2009 Season
Second promotion in two years for Gate Volley Milano. Last season Gate Volley joined Fipav Championship starting from Third Division and quickly got promoted to Second Division. A great season for Gate Volley who first won the Province Volley Cup and then got the first place in championship.
Same success in 2008-2009 season: Gate Volley won the 2009 Volley Cup and got the end of the championship losing only one game at tie-break. A score that makes Gate Volley longing for new standards. Keeping the First Division is the aim for the next season and, if possile, a new promotion: Fipav D League.
Gate Volley Milano will take part in the 1st and 3rd division FIPAV Championship even in 2009-10 season.
