Trainings
Our trainings take place every Tuesday in the gym of Centro Scolastico Residence in Via Andrea Doria 2 in Cinisello Balsamo from 20.45 to 23.00 and every Thurdsay in the gym of Centro Scolastico Parco Nord in via Gorki 100 in Cinisello Balsamo dalle 20.45 alle 23.00.
New associated are invited to call (+39) 348 0407415 or to contact us by email (info@gatevolley.it) to take part to a training.
If you don't have a car, it is possible to reach the gyms by 727 bus from Central Station (get off at the first stop of Via Lincoln in Cinisello Balsamo) on Tuesday ot the 31 tram from Zara-Lagosta (get off at the stop Parco Nord-Gorki) on Thursday.
Trainings last 2 hours, more or less, and it's built of a general physical training, and of a specific volleyball training including fundamentals and real game. It's not necessary to be champions in order to play with us!

The annual subscription is comprehensive of association, trainings, championship, assurance coverage and agonistic medical certification.
